A proud Marine Corps combat veteran, Rob brings the discipline, integrity, and leadership of the military to every role he takes on. After serving his country, Rob turned his focus to education, leading schools and transforming communities. As an educator in Bixby, Oklahoma, he didn’t just talk about fixing problems—he fixed them.
Rob has been recognized for excellence at every level of his educational career, as a district Teacher of the Year, National Finalist for Principal of the Year, Oklahoma Assistant Superintendent of the Year, and District 5 Superintendent of the Year.
When others made a show of banning explicit materials from schools, Rob quietly cleaned up the mess, ensuring kids were safe and parents were heard. When the debate over bathrooms made headlines, Rob didn’t posture—he protected students and respected families.
Rob believes that great schools aren’t built on politics—they’re built on hard work, common sense, and a relentless focus on what’s best for kids.
He and his wife have dedicated their lives to education and community. Rob’s leadership in Bixby is a blueprint for what’s possible across Oklahoma.

Protect Local Control
Rob believes parents and local communities know what’s best. He’ll push back against top-down mandates and return control to schools and families.
Keep Schools Safe & Focused on Learning
Rob has a proven track record of protecting kids. He’s made sure schools are safe, kept explicit materials out of libraries, and ensured bathrooms respect student privacy.
Innovate & Inspire
Education shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. Rob will encourage creativity, technology, and community partnerships that help every student thrive. Oklahoma schools must prepare children for the rapidly changing world of work. We can accomplish this by focusing on early literacy and numeracy, as well as developing student attributes like curiosity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity.
